In January, we had a visit from Nurse Helen, who came to talk to us about her role at the hospital. We asked lots of questions and were very interested to learn about what she does in her job.
Afterwards, we had the chance to practise some medical skills. We learnt how to bandage an arm and then used a stethoscope to listen to our own heartbeats. We described what we could hear and thought it was all very exciting!
It was a fantastic visit and we learnt a lot about how nurses help people every day.
