At Ryecroft Academy we aim to help with the day-to-day complexities that families face in regard to childcare and we hope to ease these issues by providing wraparound childcare for children between the ages of 4-11 (Reception through to Year 6).
Branches, our wraparound childcare provision, is only available to children attending our school and provides a setting where children are able to participate in fun and enriching activities. The children always give their input in regard to the games or activities they would like to take part in at the club. Some children, however, just like to relax after school and they are able to do so by choosing to read books or perhaps watching a suitable film.
Breakfast and an after-school snack are served and you can be confident that all healthy eating guidelines are met.

Flexibility
We know parental circumstances are complex and as such we offer a flexible booking service. All children must be booked into Branches at least one week in advance with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, but we operate a pay per session service. Therefore, for example, if you work shifts, you can book your shift pattern in advance and only pay for the days you require.
Payment
We add the sessions your child/children have attended to ParentPay every week and this allows you the flexibility to pay weekly or make larger payments in advance. We also accept childcare vouchers; please contact the school office to discuss your particular employment scheme if you would like to do this. Please ensure you have sufficient funds on your Parentpay account to secure the sessions you have requested. Staffing
Branches is run by Mrs Cooke and Mrs Stanley, both staff are employed directly by the academy, and this ensures the same high quality and consistency of care, including maintaining our academy aims and ethos.
