We have gathered some great resources to help children learn the skills to be at their best mentally. The skills children can learn from these links are helpful for any child. It’s normal to feel unpleasant emotions sometimes and just as physical exercise is important for us all, activities to strengthen our mental health are useful for everyone. However, sometimes children are struggling with something specific, like anxiety, or angry feelings.  We can feel at a loss for what to say or do for them and these links can be a really useful tool.  As always, if you are worried about your child, please let us know so we can help.
