On Wednesday 29th January, our Year 5 and 6 pupils adventured up to The Farnley Academy to take part in a Science Event. The children set a fantastic example of the school and the teachers at Farnley were very impressed with how quickly the children settled into their learning. All children were thoroughly engaged and they were able to demonstrate their excellent learning within school around solids and liquids, as they made Oobleck. As part of our work around transition, our pupils were able to meet teachers, see the facilities and also experience an extremely swift change over of lessons. As always, they set an outstanding example and we are looking forward to future upcoming events.
