The photographs showcase the biscuit decorating completed last week by the Self-Believing Sycamores class. This was to support our personal development and community work as an academy. You may remember that some of the proceeds from our Christmas jumper day were used to purchase flasks with a personalised Ryecroft message. The homeless people who are supported by St George’s Crypt are the recipients of our flasks and the biscuits that we create and decorate for them. A group of staff and an honorary pupil joined me in heading into the city centre to deliver our gestures to St George’s Crypt. It is lovely that as well as the Self-Believing Sycamores class, all children contributed to this kindness through their Christmas jumper day donations.
