In July pupils in Year 6 were invited to attend an experience opportunity at Elliott Hudson College. Elliott Hudson College offers its students fantastic state of the art facilities and visit was planned to raise aspirations and inspire pupils on their learning journey, beyond their next steps at high school. During the visit, pupils also delivered a pre-prepared presentation to a small group of college students. Pupils had time to plan and prepare their presentations prior to the visit, drawing upon the skills they have learnt from the recent Talk the Talk workshop. Following the presentations, pupils had a guided tour of the excellent learning facilities at the college.
